Nice to virtually meet you! Here's what you need to know about me.

Craig Anderson, ESource Coach

My clients come from many situations and backgrounds, but the common thread is a need for education, self-reflection, and support to build their plan for their future – nothing feels better than that point of clarity when it all comes together.

A volunteer experience at NASA in shuttle astronaut interactions …led me to TES where I help others explore their dreams and possibilities. Helping others make a successful career transition is very rewarding. Individuals who are looking for their next move, stuck in a corporate position, or want someone to explore their entrepreneurial dreams are all welcome.

My focused approach will lead us to explore strategic alliances with small and large businesses alike, and develop your personal Income Lifestyle Wealth & Equity goals.

With four decades of sales and marketing, operational excellence experience and then to  executive leadership roles with a focus on customers and teammates, has led me to “giving back” through Servant Leadership and coaching others to success and achieving things that may have seemed out of reach to them…that’s my value proposition.

I find great relaxation outdoors; golfing, hunting, and fishing, and watching baseball on every level.

I serve on several non-profit boards in leadership positions, including Bowling Green State University Foundation Board,  and I am active in  the newly formed JPT Houston organization to serve those in need. All of these activities are so very rewarding.

I have visited every US state and many foreign countries in my corporate career…now my goal is to go back and discover them!

My home is in Texas with roots back to the Midwest.

Coaching highlights.

“Don’t ever run away from something; run toward something” is taped to my computer monitor, as my favorite expression when my clients and I discuss their “why?”. Companies today have difficulty creating a culture where one does not exist. Many of my clients answer this question “Would you like to create your own organizational culture, large or small, based on your unique abilities?”, with a resounding “Yes!”.

Let’s start the discovery process with a free consultation. My goal is to help you discover what your future has in store, and I can’t wait to get started.
